Autumn Foliage – September 24 2022
Happy first week of autumn from Foliage Central here in central Massachusetts :).
I used to do photo sets every week to show the progression of leaves. You can find those photo libraries right here on this SuttonMass.org website.
This year I decided to create video drive-arounds instead.
This drive was done on September 24, 2022, at the beginning of the fall leaf turning period. We began in Millbury, behind the Blackstone Mall. We went past Lake Singletary and the Merrill Pond area, then down past Manchaug Pond and Stevens Pond. Next we drove up past Tuckers Pond to Central Turnpike. We took Central Turnpike west out to Oxford, then turned around and came east past 146. We wanted to showcase a nice range of areas of Sutton for this early fall exploration.
