These photos were taken on March 30, 2013. It was 62F out! The crocuses had begun coming up on March 13th, but then we got a deluge of snow in the middle. The poor crocuses were buried. They hung in there, and when it began melting again on the 28-30th they valiantly kept going. Now on the 30th we still have patches of snow on the ground, but spring is definitely here.
